Last day of May
And what a day it was. I want to really cherish every day I have, but this one I could have done without and would like to forget as soon as possible. Let's just say that very dusty old stuff came flying out of my childhood closet and covered my two sweet girls. And I could not protect them from this far away. Very painful. Luckily I had some sweet people who called me to chat, a wise friend who emailed me, and a great neighbor who unexpectedly brought over some amazingly delicious homemade brownies that were to die for. Not on my diet, but ate them nonetheless, followed by a glass of guiltless non-fat milk. Amazing medicine! And I tried to keep busy. I knitted, I loved my doggies and I made a photo of the yarn I will use for my m
ystery bag KAL. I like these colors better than the ones I picked originally. Threw out that purple. Not for me. Two more weeks before the first clue is posted, so in the meantime, I am finishing my silk wrap with glass beads, and my pink TyDy socks. Bear 747 is about to get on the train with the girls, direction Amsterdam, where she will be delivered in person to my dear friend Jet. I hope to see some images of the exchange! Now a chill pill and a dark night and a new day in the morning.
